The committee against sexual harassment has powers to receive complaints from any aggrieved party on matters of sexual harassment and indecent behaviour or overturesor anything that could be construed as tantamounting to such behaviour from fellow employee or by a superior officer. The committee has powers to conduct inquiry in such matter and recommend an appropriate action to the university authorities. The committee may meet as and when required.
