Dr.Muhammad Mazhar earned his Ph.D. with the title Internet Governance Issues and Challenges under Computer Management faculty, from Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathawada University, Aurangabad.

Dr.Muhammad Mazhar earned his Ph.D. with the title “Internet Governance Issues and Challenges” under Computer Management faculty, from Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathawada University, Aurangabad. Post Graduated in Computer Science as well as Management science. He has taught to various Undergraduate and Post graduate Computer Science/Management /Application courses for last 15 years.
